My Approach


I have come to believe that psychological problems are common and can impact anyone at any point in life. Some are short-lived while others can last longer and persist which can lead to unpleasant lives. I offer a private and confidential space to talk and explore your issues, and at the very least become more aware of your problems and yourself in relationships and personal life. We will explore your problems and try to understand how they negatively affect your personal life and relationships.

Psychotherapy is an interactive process that acts as a tool to reflect and think about our emotions, feelings, attitudes and behaviours. Our difficulty to acknowledge and accept our mental health problems can make it difficult to trust and speak to people about our mental health.

I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy that highlights the importance of early experiences and their potential impact on our mental health and how our past relationships exert a powerful effect on the present.

I offer therapy in English and Greek.
